Hello,in Settings / Alerts and Notices I can select the option to send alerts to Organization Account Manager.It could be really usefull option in my organization, but I can't find where I can set the role of the Organization Account Manager to a one specific Agent. I have checked every page and sub-page in Admin Panel several times and I can't see that option.Please help me with that issue.My osTicket Version: 1.9.9-1-gbe2f138 (be2f138)
