can any one guide me how to code this.I want a separate tab of tickets generated by me only in staff page. v 1.9.7like it should match the email/user name and display the tickets as its on her user panel
This is currently not possible in the 1.9.x version of osTicket. But there are plans to include such a feature in a coming version of osTicket (no ETA).
yeah sure. its really gets difficult when i create ticket to another dept and i cannot track it.
You could always log in as your user account (not the agent account) and see your tickets.
Both have different passwords, separate links, its gets difficult to tell all the staff to use this
