Too many login failures regarding Fetching Email via IMAP

Hi all,

I am a newbie with OSticket, and I need assistance with the E-mail Fetching for OSTicket.After configuring the E-mail i get the error: Too many login failures next to the "Fetching Email via IMAP or POP ", the top states Invalid login Check IMAP Settings.I am using OSTicketwith XAMPP on a Windows 7 Professional SystemInformation as Follows:

2nd Part of post:E-mail Settings and OptionsIncoming Emails: Email Fetching: ✔Enable ✔Fetch on auto-cron Strip Quoted Reply: ✔Enable Reply Separator Tag: -- reply above this line -- Emailed Tickets Priority: ☐Enable Accept All Emails: ✔Accept email from unknown Users Accept Email Collaborators: ✔Automatically add collaborators from email fields Apache Details Under IMAP says:IMAP c-Client Version 2007fSSL Support enabledFor the PHP.ini i ensured that the ";" was removed for extension=php_imap.dll, i am guessing i don't need Fetch on auto-cron...But i still enabled in and created the schedulded task:"C:\xampp\php\php.exe -q C:\xampp\htdocs\HVP\upload\api\cron.php" every 5 minsFor the E-mail Settings i am using the IMAP e-mail provided by my ISP Cox.netI confirmed the Account settings with Outlook and the account is in good standing.For a test i tried "POP3" changed the port to 110 and 995 (as per cox) with the correct incoming server name pop.cox.netWhen i do that the screen turns gray with "Loading...." then eventually goes to a blank white page.I tried Telnet with the respective Ports to imap.cox.net and pop.cox.net and it did go through... i feel like i'm missing a critical step to this or my approach is incorrect. Is there a way to manually create the emails for OSTicket to fetch from? Or is this unrecommended? Please advise and thank you for reading my request.

They can look at their auth or mail server logs to determine whats wrong.Re: " then eventually goes to a blank white page."Check your PHP error log, it sounds like its throwing an error. Thank you for the response ntozier!i'll give that a try with the ISP and review the PHP error log and see what i get :)
