Greetings,I don't know if there is already a way to do what I am trying to do, or if the feature doesn't exist currently.Basically I have 6 or so widely used departments set up in my implementation running version 1.9.11 currently. I frequently run into a problem where a member of another department needs to collaborate with myself or other non-member personnel, and I can't see the ticket unless I change my group department access or set up a second user I can use to log in and view the tickets. You might be asking, why don't I just enable the department access all the time and be done with it? Well, the department in question is rarely relevant to anything I do at my job, so to see those 30+ tickets makes it difficult for me to find the tickets that do matter to me. I can constantly use advanced search to find my departments tickets, but that is not really an easy way to gain access to my tickets and is some what cumbersome when I have to perform this advanced search dozens of times per day. I've tried book marking an advanced search of "open tickets in my department" but that book mark only shows me the results from the original search and does not include any new tickets that have been created in that department, and would also include tickets from that search that have been subsequently closed or resolved. So really, I am just running into this issue where I can't have my cake, and eat it too. I want to be able to view the tickets from this other department, but I don't want those tickets to show up in my open queue. I want to be able to type in the ticket number into the search and open it that way. Or have a dedicated menu sub-tab I can click on to view these other departments that I don't normally want to see.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
