Collaborator variables

osTicket v1.9.12

Does anyone know the variable used when alerting staff when a collaborator replies (as opposed to just the original ticket creator)?

I have tried the following:

From: %{poster.name} <%{poster.email}>

...which just outputs:

From: name <name>

(%{ticket.email} and %{ticket.name} output the original ticket creator's details)

Hi ntozier,I did actually look on your site initially, which is where I got the idea of %{poster.name} and %{poster.email}, but unfortunately they did not work as expected.This may however be a bug as %{poster.name} works fine, but %{poster.email} does not (it also displays name instead of email).Is anyone else having these issues, or has any ideas?Thanks
