HelloI want to use osTicket v1.9.12 (stable) and it's works perfectlyI need to change the format by default print tickets because i want to print to a printer EPSON TM-T20IIActually i only can choose this format : letter, legal, A4 and A3I search ito the web and try to change some files into include/staff, it does'nt workCan you help me or say to me the files to change ?Thanks youNOEL Julien

So you are using a POS (Point of Sale) printer and want to be able to print out tickets. This would require a large change to the core files to change the format...maybe /include/class.pdf.php

as a side note, you may want to take a look at the files in:/include/mpdf
