Version of OsTicket? 1.8.1I went to Emails, Emails, Clicked on the settings i wanted to change, then changed email name to something different. Now i clicked Save. 1.8.1 is old.

My suggestion is to upgrade to the latest version of the 1.8 branch or the latest version (1.9.12).

ytadvisers , I had the same issue on imap open processosticket : v1.9.12 | PHP Version : 5.5.16I read into the forum a workaround to solve. I implemented and it works.I change line 66 on \include\class.mailfetch.php, function MailFetcher.Original line 66: $this->srvstr.='/novalidate-cert}';Modified line 66: $this->srvstr.='/}';I checked on internet novalidate-cert commandhttp://php.net/manual/es/function.imap-open.phpI hope it fits for you.
