Hi everybody,i am new in OS ticket world and need help.I want to OS ticket automatically create ticket on behalf customer when i forward email on support@domen. automatically opening works when customer send mail on support@domen but i want (if it is possible) to open ticket in case above.

You can either

Create a filter to use the reply-to email address instead of the senders email address (admin panel > manage > ticket filters). When then forwarding just set the reply-to email address in your email program to the original sender.

Or

Add access to the inbox used for osTicket and then move/copy the email in your email program from your inbox to the osTicket inbox.
