I have LDAP running on Ostickets 1.9.11 and I would like to modify the Client Password Reset Function to send an email only to the Admin. Since my users are using LDAP I still want it to verify that the user is valid but want the email to be sent to the Admin so they can unlock the AD account and respond to the user directly. Which file actually creates and sends the email so I can modify the variable for email address and sub in admins email.M
