Segmentation Fault

I have been using OSTicket since October, 2010.

For the past two days, I have been getting the following error whenever the cron is run:

/bin/sh: line 1: 32228 Segmentation fault /usr/bin/php public_html/support/api/cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1

It's always line 1, but the number after it is different.

Support ran strace on it yesterday. The log is at because it's too big to be uploaded.

Suggestions? Thanks!

Solved

I accidentally blacklisted the wrong IP address which somehow was messing with things. When I removed the block, the cron worked again.

I realized something was up when another cron stopped working. I don't know what made me look at the IP blacklist, but there I saw an IP address that shouldn't have been there.
