I have upgraded osTicket version from v1.9.7 to v1.9.12.All the functionalities are working as expected however, the

new version has a display bug it seems.

Whenever  agents would like to respond on the tickets created by a

user, we see a message as displayed below. However, whenever agents respond on any ticket, email

notifications are duly sent to user.

BTW, we use LDAP plugin to pull user information from Active Directory.blank

This could be related to a new feature called "Email domain validation includes DNS record verification" introduced in 1.9.8. . You could deactivate it to see if this has soemthing to do with it: admin panel->settings->emails-> Verify Email Addresses: uncheck the checkbox "Verify email address domain" and save.
