I guess this shouldn't be. In my installations it looks like this:
I don't know how the check version mechanism works, but maybe it isn't able to "check" and the reports it isn't actual. Your other post with the non working email domain verification (http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//enduser-email-address-is-not-valid-consider-updating-it-before-responding-after-upgrade-to-v1-9-12#latest) looks like a dns problem or limitation in your environment. Maybe this version check problem is related also to a dns issue. @ntozier Do you know how it works or if this has something to do with it?
