Good day, company I work for has the same issue or similar issue. I have seen some of the previous posts but they were locked (resolved) and this is the only open thread that I can post my quesiton. It is a small company and all of us have all permissions, I double checked that since it was one of the solutions that came up repeatedly. We are missing around two years worth of closed tickets for one of our customers, counting maybe a 200+ tickets. At this time I cannot confirm if tickets for other customers are missing as well. All remaining tickets are in status "Closed" In the early days when we started working with osTicket, we used to put all actual resolved tickets in status "Resolved". I doubt that is the issue, since it is highly unlikely that all of the missing tickets were in that status.
There is nothing on other tabs/pages.
Is there anything else that can produce this search outcome?
