Hello,I updated my Osticket lab environment to v1.10-rc2 and it seems that the whole fom "Ticket details" does not show up when i want to create a new ticket.It's really strange because i don't had the problem before.Here is a screenshot :"Ticket details" form exist in administration settings with my fields and customs one.Any idea ?Thanks.

Please change the label on the message variable to get rid of accents and see if that changes anything. As that seems to be the first one that doesn't display.

Ntozier, i removed all accents (mesage & priority) but the problem still occur.Good point Peter, if i select one of my Help Topic, the form appear below. Is there some settings to avoid this ?Thanks !
Simply select a default help topic in Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets and the default form for the topic will be rendered on load.PS: It has nothing to do with variables but removing accents is probably a good idea.

That's one of the changes of 1.10 and not a style issue.
The layout of the page changed with 1.10.
