Hi,This is (hopefully) an easy fix where i have possibly missed something,but, i would like the email it sends to the team member when you assign the ticket to them to also include the original customer message as well as there name email etc.On the admin side i went into emails, template, ticket assignment alert and added the following the the email body: %{message.original}However, when the staff get an email telling them i have assigned a ticket to them, they don't see the message the customer wrote, just %{message.original}So i tried just : %{message} and the same thing happenedIs there a way that the assigned ticket alert email displays the original customer message like it does it new ticket alert?Thank YouStephan
