Ticket Source & Advanced Ticket Search

Hello Everyone,Am using osTicket 1.9.12. I'd like to add more options under "Ticket Source". I found some instructions but they're for older versions of osTicket. The 1.9.xx series has changed a lot in terms of the core files so if anyone has instructions for the current version, that'd be awesome. I'd also like to add "Ticket Source" to the Advanced Ticket Search filter options. Anyone have an idea as to how I'd go about doing that? Thanks in advance.

Not sure if the ticket sources are in the PHP source files or in the database. Either way you'll have to modify database or PHP files.

Hopefully once 1.10 (currently in release candidate state) is finished (no ETA) you won't miss these in the advanced search anymore since the search got heavily modified ;)

The chances are not bad that this will be possible in a future release: https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/issues/2369 If you could wait and this isn't essential for you, I would wait..
