Hi guys,We have been happily using osTicket V1.7.3 for our customer support since Jan 14 so many thanks for a fantastic system! Being non-techies we would prefer to leave well alone, but we really do need to add a couple of 'required fields' to the new ticket login, to save us having to continually ask cusgtomers for more detail. I see that V1.8 ? includes such a facility. My question is, what is the easiest way for us to upgrade to V1.8 (or should we go for the laters 1.9?) so we can add required fields?-- Without the upgrade messing up our currently smooth running system!
