Hi guys,thank you for developing osTicket and for providing this forum.Currently I'm playing around with osTicket (right now still v1.9.11 (c1b5a33)). It might replace my OTRS, since it is not so overwhelming, especially for the users, BUT there are some issues I'm not so happy with.One huge problem I had these days is the assignment of tickets to Organizations and Users. If I create a ticket with a user, that belongs to an organization, other contact users of that organization get added correctly. Unfortunately, if a ticket is created by sending it to an email address for this organization, it is not available for the users of this organization. I found no way to add the Organization directly to the ticket. If I change the owner -which is by default my agent user for the email address- to a member of the organization manually, I assume that this also does not add the organization to the ticket.So, what is the best way to assign tickets, created by an email to a specific email address, to an organization?Sorry if that sounds a bit confused, I'm quite new to osTicket and it's terms.
