Our workflow is to create a ticket when a customer brings in a computer for repair, print two copies of the ticket, and have the customer sign one copy and the second copy is handed to the customer. We created a custom form with an information field with a policy statement. Much like a disclaimer field. I'd like to information field to be displayed on the printed pdf ticket, and have the customer sign it. Why don't information fields display on the printed pdf of an OS ticket? Is there a way to include this new Information field in the pdf print out? Or is there a template page I can customize and add my disclaimer? Thanks,
