Why don't Information Fields Print?

Been using v1.9 for a while. Our workflow is to create a ticket when a customer brings in a computer for repair, print two copies of the ticket, and have the customer sign one copy and the second copy is handed to the customer. We created a custom form with an information field with a policy statement. Much like a disclaimer field. I'd like to information field to be displayed on the printed pdf ticket, and have the customer sign it. Why don't information fields display on the printed pdf of an OS ticket? Is there a way to include this new Information field in the pdf print out? Or is there a template page I can customize and add my disclaimer? Thanks,

You'll need to alter the source code to include this in printing option.Not sure if this will change in 1.10 an be possible then, but hopefully @[deleted] or @[deleted] know better ;)

My understanding is that "fields" like "section brake" or the "information field" aren't able to this. See here:https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/issues/285 I also guess that you need to modify the source code to achieve this like @[deleted] said.A possible way to do something like that was already mentioned here: http://osticket.com/forum/discussion/comment/39744/#Comment_39744 or http://osticket.com/forum/discussion/comment/97937/#Comment_97937 for example. I'm unfortunately not experienced in this things to assist you.
