Hi!I am using the latest osTicket. We are using the line "---- Kindly reply above this line ----" which works well most of the time.The problem is when some of our partners put an automatic line at the end of the email, like "This message contains confidential information..."This messes up osticket, and the whole email is displayed, instead of just the relevant parts.How can I customize the system to clip irrelevant parts (our own response) from the email?Thanks
