Send a email - new ticket to all department

Hi all!When i create a new ticket and appointing to department, then system send email(custom teamplate) to all departament, but recive this email only manager.What i do wrong?Thnx 4 help!Evgeniy

I don't understand exactly what you're trying to describe / what the actual issue is.Please provide a better description and also more info about your osticket and the server as stated here:http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//please-read-before-requesting-assistance#latest

@Chefkeks srry for my Eng =) When i'm create a new ticket, i need to send a email to departament.When email a send only manager recive it, but i need to receive all of users on this departament.osTicketv1.9.7 (4be5782)ServerApache/2.2.22 (Debian)MySQL5.5.41PHP5.4.36-0+deb7u3P.S. I'm update OsTicket version when 1.10 stable realese will be available

I seem to recall 1.9.7 having a problem with that notification and you need to upgrade to 1.9.8+ to fix it.
