Email return address

Hi!I am receiving <www-data@osticket.localdomain>: Sender address rejected: Domain not foundThis is the return address in the email: Return-Path: <www-data@osticket.localdomain>Gmail receives the mail, but some services reject it as shown above: mx.google.com; spf=neutral (google.com: ***IP****** is neither permitted nor denied by best guess record for domain of www-data@osticket.localdomain) smtp.mail=www-data@osticket.localdomainAccording to this the -r option solves such problem.Can someone help me solve this?Thank you!

You can resolve this by using a real email address.

Thanks for the comment.Which email shall I set? This problem occurs with each and every email account set in OST.

That would probably depend on what email address you want to use. But @[deleted] isn't a real email address...

I was probably a bit vague describing my problem.I have all emails set up (smtp) and working fine, except, that some emails are returned with the above mentioned error.I am running on ubuntu 14.04 and using sendmail.Now the question: I cannot find nowhere the setting to change @[deleted]

Please provide a screen shot of: Admin panel -> emailsand Admin panel -> Settings -> EmailsAlso you may want to:Check your sendmail configuration.Check your php.ini.

I have attached the two screenshots. None of the entries contain osticket nor localhost. They are all company email addresses.I also checked both config files, but see no problems. I might add, that I am not an expert in these...

Well if www-data@osticket.localdomain isn't coming from osTicket settings then its coming from someplace else. whats the hostname of server?
