Is in Future planned a Feature to manage Assets or Inventory?By us we need the Option to add not only one Inventory to a Ticket, we need in 75% of all Tickets more than one Inventory assign to one Ticket.And the next Question is, how we can then when so a Feature comes in Tickets and Emails add Detail-Information how Serials from Inventory and so?Best RegardsGuido
As far as I know such a feature is not planned (@ntozier please correct if I'm wrong), but you could maybe realize it maybe with custom form / lists.
I'm not aware of any plans to turn osTicket into an Asset Inventory System.But there is a mod posted about that does essentially that.

While the full-pledged feature is not planned, we've toyed with the idea of using custom lists system as a lite Asset Management System as @[deleted] mentioned.
Yes Peter,that is also our current Way but we work currently that we can use the Property-Variables from List in predefined Answers was you have seen in our other Thread about the Variables.Best RegardsGuido
