HiUsing OsTicket and at the moment testing and trying to modify for our needs.Is there a way to set up maybe queues or similar depending on the language? For excample incoming ticket from .dk email address into the Danish queue and any from .com go into the default or general queue.The idea is to see a list of language queues and show how many tickets each have so that they can be assigned.There's probably a better way of doing it but any help would be appreciated.Thanks
