Hello,My problem is the following..We have just installed osTicket on our own webserver. The version is : v1.9.11, the language is Hungarian. We started to use, but we have some problems with the "new ticket creation".The first problem is the following ..In case of creation a new ticket : I, as a user, record all necessary information , I send it and the following message appears : "Please wait, one moment and completed.."This procedure / appearance takes about 5 minutes. However the automatic mail ( reply) from the system arrives in shorter time ( 1 or 2 seconds ) .The first question: Why does it take so long ? Comment : If I record a new ticket instead of the user , as an agent , this process is shorter, about 1-2 seconds.The second issue : also new ticket creation ; the contact information ( e-mail , name and others ) do not come automatically up , however I were registered ( as a user ) before.Each new ticket creation demands to record all contact information. Comment: If I create a new ticket instead of the user as an agent , as soon as I start to enter the first letter all contact information come automatically up .Thank you..The picturs about this probles are in the file attached..
