Has anyone looked into integrating osTicket with SalesForce CRM?The company I work for is in desperate need of a HelpDesk / Ticketing system. I have tried a bunch of paid and free ones and in my opinion osTicket is the best, bonus is that it's free too! One condition is that it has to integrate with SalesForce CRM.I did a quick Google search and was not able to find anything.

I've never used Sales Force so I dont really have an answer for you.There is no SaleForce auth plugin at this time however.

Hi there!I'm searching for something like that. In out IT Team, we're filling OSTicket and were forced to fill "Salesforce Cases" at the same time. All the time we're saving with OSTicket we're losing it copying/pasting on Salesforce.I'm looking at SF.COM implementations too, so i'm watching FORCE.COM API'sI'll keep watchin this thread. Salesforce has an API to open cases?If so then you might be in luck.You could make your own form that collects the data that you want to make into a case/ticket.Then have the form use the osTicket and SalesForce API's to open both case and ticket at the same time.This article is a little dated but should point you in the right direction.http://tmib.net/using-osticket-1812-api

Salesforce Provide open API and I have integrate various API like Dr. Chrono API Integration With Salesforce, Salesforce Android Attendance Management App, Salesforce Google Map Integration and if want the doc email us : david94carter at gmail dot com
