First of all very impressed by OSticket great work guys! I've played around with the coding a bit to get ticket view and print (to PDF) how I want however I would like customer address to be included on tickets and subsequently appear on the PDF similar to when you create a new ticket you can search for a user and it would auto-fill the email and Full Name Box.what would be the best way to proceed with this? I've noticed a few areas where customer address already exists under Organizations area etc. so maybe could pull the information from this field? Apologies if this is in wrong section i did also look to see this had not already been previously asked about, I look forward to hearing back regarding a any possible solutions.
