Add OS, browser info?

Are there any existing form mods that capture the users OS and browser info? I know that the IP is already, but it would be helpful for us to know what kind of computer (PC, Mac) and browser they're using as well. For example, http://supportdetails.com/

@[deleted] @[deleted]Maybe this could be added as a field for (custom) forms with the option/config which data (e.g. OS, browser, screen resolution) should be transferred when end user submits a ticket and a little (privacy policy related) notice that when submitting a ticket automatically the configured data will be added to the ticket.Would definitely be a neat enhancement in some cases... we too have several forms with customs list where folks need to select browser and OS etc. and if osTicket would offer a field to gather that info automatically it would be nice :)
