There is scrambing code if having Chinese character when using print

Hi,I am using the osTicket V1.9.9 generates and trying the print function. However if the ticket thread has Chinese character, the pdf file generated by print will show scrambling code where it should be Chinese.Have any other guys also encountered similar problem?Thank you.

The multi language feature isn't finished yet, do chances are the push to pdf does not include the proper character set at this time.

Yes, I have done some search using Google and also reviewed relevant codes of osTicket. To correctly shows Chinese/Japanese/Korean with mpdf, it suggests to use utf-8 charset and set useadobeCJK to true in mpdf. However osTicket sets the font to Arial many times which only support Latin language but not CJKs.
