Canned Response has disappeared

Hi,My "canned response" tab has disappeared from the staff panelIf I'm not mistaken, it was usually situated under the "Knowledgebase" tab.I used to be able to fully access canned responses which I had setup.I do not know where to find these responses for editing & creation of new responses...Have I perhaps removed myself from accessing this setup?Any assistance will be massively appreciated, as I urgently need to change an existing response!!!!THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Make sure you / your agent still has the permission to access the canned response.Admin Panel > Agents > Groups > > Can manage premade

It's so strange, the label of Can manage premade is set to Yes in Admin Panel > Agents > Groups > Name of the group your agent belongs to , however I still can't see the canned response tab in knowledge base page.I am using the osTicket V1.9.9.I have tried to remove the permission check code segment in scp/canned.php, which is: 19 /* check permission */ 20 if(!$thisstaff || !$thisstaff->canManageCannedResponses() 21 || !$cfg->isCannedResponseEnabled()) { 22 header('Location: kb.php'); 23 exit; 24 }Then I can open the http://mysite/scp/canned.php and can edit the exsiting two example canned responses.My account is an agent while it also is an Admin of the osTicket. Does it matter?

Try to save the group permissions again - maybe they are not correctly saved in the database or so.

Beside please open an own discussion instead of hijacking this one here that is actually finished, so I'm closing it.
