Fatal Error: Contact system administrator

Hello,Suddently today, my osticket website stopped working for some reason and i cannot connect in the admin panel of OsTicketThe website is support.evolution-mobile.grI checked the error log of the website but it didn't show anything wrong.Is it possible to turn on debugging, so i may find what's wrong. That is a generic error (probably from your web broswer) which doesn't actually tell us anything. Please consult your PHP error logs to see whats actually going on, or enable error display to the screen: http://tmib.net/osticket-v19x-frequently-asked-questions-faq#2First thing I would check is your Database credentials (in your /include/ost-config.php) and make sure that they work.

I had the same problem happen on July 14, late afternoon. Nothing in my error logs either. I haven't touched any settings or admin controls in ages. It happened out of the blue.Just curious who your webhost is. My osTicket install was on godaddy. I'm wondering if they changed something to cause the error. I've been working on it since then but gave up and reinstalled.
