Upgrade osTicket 1.9.5.1 to 1.9.9

Hello peopleCurrently I am with the 1.9.5.1 version of osticket, but could not find any tutorial on how to upgrade to stable version 1.9.9Could you help me? just replace the files?My database is not on the same server that my web applicationThank You Very Much

Well, i'm already upgraded osTicket 1.9.5.1 to 1.9.9 and after upload all files to server (and overwrite it all).When I reload osTicket page i can't see Upgrade page...When i'm manualy reload Upgrade page i see this:"Nothing to do! System already upgraded to v1.9.9-1-gbe2f138 with no pending patches to apply."That's correct? There is nothing to apply in SQL? Upgrade from 1.9.5.1 to 1.9.9 has no change in SQL?

It wasn't bad back when there were only a couple releases a year if that. But now that they have started really pushing releases it can be a real PITA. As a result I've minimized the mods that I use dramaticly.

Only today could give way in my update.If I just did upload the files and ready, I did not make any upgrade process, when I walked into /upgrade.php the system was already in 1.9.11Thank you
