You can look at the source code via the official repo https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8 or by downloading and extracting it from http://osticket.com/sites/default/files/download/osTicket-v1.9.5.1.zip
Easier then that. Copy your osticket directory since you are already running 1.9.5.1.
