I have no idea what your asking... Have you tried:Go to the open queue.Tick the box to the left of the ticket.Click Export at the bottom.

It exports all the tickets in that queue.Add the the custom field to your ticket details. Run a current version. My main site runs 1.9.7, my test site runs 1.10 and custom fields get exported in this way in both.
