Hello,We had a ticket that was open status. An agent responded to the ticket but did not change the status. The ticket was then made "overdue". I logged in as an Admin and changed the ticket status to "Resolved" adding a comment stating what I was doing. As soon as I did this, the ticket has vanished from the system. My account has access to all of the groups, depts, teams, etc... I can not see this ticket anywhere. When I click on the link to the ticket in the email I received for the "overdue" status, it gives me a message stating "Access denied.
