Ldap; Search Ok, but client authentification not

Hi everyone.I had a osticket which worked very well.But now, I have a problem with ldap plugin.I explain :If i add a staff member, i begin to type the login name => osticket find the user.But I had an osticket where :- i had to specify staff member- but clients (who asked for something) hadn't to be manually specified (osticket search ldap and everyone was able to use it)I tried many configuration, and as so in this link but i'm only able to search user, and add it.I have too many user (client user) to add them one per one. And I made specify interface for them (no many things to fill)I'm on debianldap extension worksI have ldap plugin ("LDAP configuration updated successfully") and http passthru installed and active.Where do you think i could search to ? thank you

I'm sorry but I'm not real sure what your asking. Please try asking it a different way or provide screen shots showing us the problem that you are having.Please help us to help you by reading and following the posting

I'll try to explain in a different way :I have an osticket.When you log in, you can choose "standard" sign in, or you can click on "I'm an agent" (see pic1)1/ No problem if i'm an agent, because, each person is manually added (because you allow people to manage tickets). Furthermore, when i add an agent, I type the first letters of login, and osticket show me logins from ldap. (see pic2)

2/ but if i try to log in "standard way" (on the left), osticket seems not to connect to ldap. Please upgrade your osTicket v1.9.6 is a ltitle old at this point.Make sure that you upgrade the ldap authentication plugin also.
