Importing a ticket from an other source

Hi guys.I´m new here and we´r testing OSTicket. It´s been working great but need to get some tickets from a different source.Whats the best way to do it? I have my MYSQL database and I need to import it to OSTicket, I managed to import the "text" but in the attachments I´m getting some trouble. Is there any tool to make it happen? If u need some more information just ask.Bruno Inacio

I'm not aware of any tool to do this currently.You could write your own scripts to do it, or you can contact the folks over at: http://osticket.com/customization

ntozier,I´m testing the "api_ticket_create.php", it´s seen to be helpful, but i just cant understand what´s the "$url" var means. What´s this file? What´s supposed to be the content? I could not find the file "tickets.json" in the folder "api".Thanks Bruno Inacio
