Hi, i am using osticket v1.9.x, i have trouble with file upload option in IE ver-11 error thrown as "your browser is not supported", the same is working fine with other browsers. please do the needful

here i attached the screenshot, previously i used IE 8, but file drop plugin support IE10+ only, thats why i upgrade my browser, now i got this error..
