I am trying to add the Help Topic information that is chosen upon creating a new ticket into the open tickets page.I've seen elsewhere on how to add due dates, but the same theory didn't seem to work for help topics.Any ideas?
Help Topic is already on the open ticket page on both the User and Agent sides?So... I have no idea what your talking about.

We used the following guide to get the Help Topic column added to the open tickets queue:http://www.andrewbennett.com.au/2014/12/osticket-1-9-4-easy-custom-column-in-ticket-view/it was written for 1.9.4 but worked fine for us in 1.9.7
