Hello,osTicket Version: v1.9.8.1 (4752178)Web Server Software: Apache/2.4.12 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.1l PHP/5.6.8MySQL Version: 5.1.33PHP Version: 5.6.8OS: Windows 7When I attach a file to a new ticket and "Send alert to user" option is checked, the file is not being received by the recipient. However If I do the same but replying an existing ticket, the recipient recive the attach correctly.Anyone know why?
