Tickets sent log

Hello,Is there any way to view if a ticket was sent or not to the recipient email? Because recently I have a problem with my sever firewall and I know that some tickets were not sent, but don't know which. Neither in the tickets I don't see any notice for that sent error.Thanks for your help.

That would be a function of your mail server. Check the logs there.

I use the Gmail smtp server.

So then wouldn't they appear under send mail when you log into gmail?

If you tell osTicket to send email at Admin panel -> Settings -> Autoresponder -> New Ticket (and New Ticket by Agent), then it sends the email. If you cannot check your message logs then you cannot see what the mail server is saying. If it bounced back as undeliverable then you would have an email in your mail box which I presume would be converted into a ticket. Please help us to help you by reading and following the posting

If when I create a ticket (with "Send alert to user" checked), or reply a ticket, would some failure in gmail server authentication, the ticket shown as "Ticket created successfully", but the email is not sent to recipient (assuming a possible error in the authentication). In that case, how can I know that the email was not sent to the recipient?Thanks...

The only way that I can think of to check is to look at your mail server logs.Which you apparently do not have access to.
