Hi,I found the error and just decide to ask. I don't know who and what they was looking for. I just thought that this system error ('PHP Fatal error') raised by the osTicket php scripts. Thanks for bringing in readable format. I just didn't pay attention to the sign # in the log. Thanks a lot for your help!
