Removing or Changing Nav Links help.

I am trying to either change or remove the support home, and create new tickets from the nav links. I did successfully do both and they worked, however when I edit class.nav.php the external links work, butmy batch file running cron.php generates errors. after replacing with the original everything is fine.

Check the offending lines for spaces at the beginning or hidden at the end.

I checked in my editor till i was blue in the face :

Edited the lines in notepad instead and it worked like a charm. Looks like MS Essentials Web was causing the issue when saving the page.
