My new first installation, and some my page are formatted wrong. Here some exaples:client page: http://take.ms/zMgaqclient footer page: http://take.ms/Hx8Bwoperator panel: http://take.ms/MjQutI use italian language pack. Why this formatting page error?

First you haven't really told us much about your setup ... such as version of osTicket, version of web browser, etc. Secondly, the multi language feature is not done.

I use the latest version, with latest version of Firefox.Secondly: do you mean I cannot use italian and english language on the same installation?And I've seen also: from old version (1.9.8 and older) upgraded to latest this issue don't happen.The only bug I've seend is when customer see own ticket, "register for an account" link take to a blank page support/account.php?do=createBut if customer sign out, and then click on "sign in" --> "create an account" the same page "support/account.php?do=create" works well.
