I'm running the latest production grade version 1.9.8.1 for 11 days now.I was actually refering to the PDF file(s) attached to the emails fetchedthat become new tickets (email body + attached files). We are usingosTicket as an IN/OUT document registration desk quite succesfully,the ticket number assigned automatically becoming the unique reg no.Hence annotating it on the attached PDFs would be a nice bonus, it isalmost like having an automated mailroom DMS, with versions/comments.
