change a regular user (from AD) into an agent

Hi,I have setup Centos7+osTicket-v1.9.8.1+auth-ldap.pharI create agents manually and set the auth to AD. AD auth is working correctly and registration is PUBLIC (see picture registration method).I then have regular users login as guest to check and submit tickets. also working correctly.What I want to do is to import regular users and transform them into "agents". I read this post http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//resolved-how-to-import-add-users-in-bulki have tried to find a forum link for agents in bulk, but it seems noone has been created.So I wonder if I can import users in bulk and turn them into zomb...err..agents by means of some "switch flip" on the database.thanks,

Users and Agents do not use the same database tables, so there isn't really a toggle in the data base that you can flip to do this.
