[resolved] Email fetching with bigger than 1MB attachment file

I'm using v1.9.8.1 with email fetching turned on.It's been running well and emails are fetched and tickets created.Just found that upon next round of email fetching, if the newest email contains attachment files bigger than 1MB, then all emails will got stuck and not fetched at all.is there any solution to this please?I mean can osTicket just ignore the email with bigger than 1MB attachment, but continue to fetch other less than 1MB emails?

Have you tried going to to Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Click Configchange Maximum File Size:?orEnable Attachments:?

Attached is the config. Now the max file size is 1MB. But even if i set to 2MB, there may still be emails coming in with more than 2MB attachments.Since emails still reach inbox, but it will stuck the osTicket fetching queue, the problem will still exist.Any advice or workaround please?Can the over-limit email be ignored and other emails be processed?

I would think that you would want to configure osTicket to match the size that your mail server allows... so that you do not have mismatch sizes... example our mail server allows attachments up to 10mb. Our osTicket setup accepts 16mb.

Any pointer how to configure osTicket to accept attachments more than 2MB please?

The same way that you changed it from 1mb to 2mb, use the drop down.If sizes larger than that do not appear, then you need to check your PHP configuration which is limiting the size.This thread talks about that more:http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//attachment-upload-limit
