Allow all attachment format

Is it possible do allow all attachment extension with some wildcard like "*"?Thx and kind regards,

/shudderReally? That sounds like a horrible idea security wise.My understanding is that you go to Admin panel -> Settings -> Tickets -> Click Config -> change "Restrict by File Type:" to "No Restrictions".

Thank you for reply. I know, not really my idea. Client wants that cos they are afraid that might lose some important information from client I have that configuration. Is it override with "Additional File Type Filters" where I have list?Regards, Jan
