In the home page of a osticket scp panel, one can simply select the ticket and click the "change status" button to mark the ticket as resolved or closed. The internal note is optional only. Is it possible to make that internal note mandatory? I couldn't figure out such a setting in the admin panel. If this is not possible, any way to remove that "change status" button from the home page of the scp panel? Could you please help me on this?

I tried to find the place as well, but my code reading skills are not so good, so unfortunately I couldn't find the place to chime in and make this mandatory/required.I did found the place where the status change comment is requested by using the search on github (https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket-1.8/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=optional+reason) but have no idea how to make it required instead of optional.Maybe @[deleted] has an idea what needs to be changed ;)
