I have (Main) Ticket:Subject (for example): Prepare IT environment for A1 Project.Tasks to do: - work 1 (some work) - work 2 (prepare servers) - another person - work 3 (prepare rooms) - another person I need to create tickets for work 2 and 3 to different persons - maybe in different departments -because they have to be done to close the main ticket.
